Year 1 parents join us for a Big Booky Breakfast!
We were delighted to welcome our Year 1 parents, grandparents and older siblings to our first ever Big Booky Breakfast. Over pastries and juice we talked about how our wonderful families are helping their children to read at home, and celebrating the positive impact this support is having on the children's learning. Children chose a favourite book to read with their family member, and we all enjoyed a relaxing morning of reading for pleasure. A big shout out to all our families who came, and for their ongoing hard work supporting learning at home.
