Hello Yellow World Mental Health Day
On the 9th of October, Earlham staff and pupils raised awareness for a mental health charity, Young Minds, to remind young people that they are not alone with their mental health. The entire school dressed up in yellow to brighten the day and display a sense of unity.
The children also completed activities that allowed them to explore what brought them happiness. Taking notice of our emotions and giving to charity are two of our '5 Ways to Wellbeing'.
As a school, we successfully raised £350.18! Thank you to everyone who donated money, made the effort to dress up and shared what brings them joy, it was a wonderful day!
P.S An extra special thanks to Beech class, Ms Holmes, Ms Naz, Ms Ashraf and Mr Jacob who helped make the playground look 'Hello Yellow' worthy!
