Year 1 Sharing Assembly
Parents and family members joined us to celebrate the amazing learning of Year 1 pupils. The children acted out the historic events of the Gunpowder Plot, and were able to explain why the plotters wanted to blow up the Houses of Parliament, and why we celebrate Bonfire Night 400 years later. In class the children wrote a fact file about the Plot, and wrote a letter as though they were Guy Fawkes in a cell in the Tower of London.
