Maths parent workshops
We involve our parents regularly in workshops to explain how we teach their children. This is important, as it means our parents can then support their child's learning at home in the same way we do at school. In maths this is particuarly important, as many of us who are parents were taught using different methods, so the workshops really help parents to understand how we teach maths at Earlham and use these same methods at home.
And it's a fun way for parents to experience a real maths lesson together!
