Maths in the Park
Our year 2 and 3 classes took maths out of the classroom and into West Ham Park! The children
learnt about estimating and measuring trees, benches, flower pits using standard units of measure
(rulers and clinometers). It was a wonderful experience for the children (And parents too!). Children
thoroughly enjoyed using their problem solving skills to solve the task given to them.
